For a limited time, now offering a DECAF coffee from Colombia, processed using the EA or sugarcane method. Flavor notes are described as molasses, malt chocolate, and cinnamon roll. It has moderate acidity for decaf and it is hard to tell it is decaf without a side-by-side comparison to regular. It’s good to keep some decaf around the house for holiday guests or to enjoy with dessert!
This coffee was sourced from small producers near Buesaco town, in Colombia’s Narino Department. The coffee was tasted and selected for decaffeination because the mild fruit characteristics and pronounced acidity tend to withstand the gentler decaffeination methods like EA “sugarcane” process. If you've never had high quality decaf, this may change your mind!
