HONEY RUN

A modern blend with a base of Brazil Honey Processed, sweetened with washed Guatemala, and brightened with washed Ethiopia. 

This is an ultra-versatile blend fantastic in most brew methods and works great as espresso. It is a great choice for those who find the lightly roasted single origins a bit too bright. Roasted on the dark side of medium, but well shy of second crack.  

Notes of toffee, hazelnut, and milk chocolate.
