ROASTERS CHOICE

You choose the frequency and the roast level and I’ll choose the delicious coffee. 

My favorite part of being a roaster is I always have a few different coffees on hand to try.  Some coffees are better for the espresso machine, some taste better as a pour over, and some taste great in any preparation. I only buy coffees I like and roast to the levels that best bring out the characteristics of the individual coffee. Now you can have that experience too! 

Feel free to write any other preferences in the notes. For example, I would write: No natural processed, and roast light to medium.
